Jerusalem March 2018

Every year, during Sukkot, the Jerusalem Municipality puts on a march through the city. Thousands of people gather at Sacher park to show their love to the people of Israel, as we walk through the streets of the city and meet many families gathered to watch.

The Jerusalem March is an exciting way to show your nation's love for Israel! Come march with us on September 27th. We hope to see you there!

Steady Courage on Israel's Southern Border

Over the past months, the ICEJ has partnered with the Jewish people to effectively help the Israeli communities living near the Gaza border fight against the continual fire and rocket attacks that are destroying the land and communities of Israel.

As you watch this video, you will get a glimpse of the destruction of the land of Israel, the impact these attacks are having on local Israelis, and effective ways to help the Jewish people rise up from the ashes!

As the rockets and fires continue, the fire fighting trailers and bomb shelters are still greatly essential for the protection of these Jewish people. Therefore, we invite you to give your most generous gift to help in this present time of crisis for Israel.

Help Israelis Fight Fires in the South

Watch this video about the impact that you and many Christians around the world are having on Israeli’s in crisis. Elan Isaacson, the Head of Security of the Eshkol region in the South of Israel, expresses his deep gratitude to Christians for supporting them with firefighting trailers to help extinguish the 15-20 daily fires that are destroying their crops and land.

Join us in continuing to show God’s love to the Jewish people by helping them put these fires out!

Israeli Farmer Fights On

As you watch this video, you will meet a local avocado farmer named Daniel, who lost 180 avocado trees due to the arson kites and balloons launched from the neighboring Gaza Strip. In an instant, the fires spread and rapidly destroy the land. And yet, as Daniel stands in the middle of his burnt field right next to his newly planted avocado trees, he says, "It is not easy, but we are very optimistic. We continue doing our life."

With daily fires continuing to hit the Gaza border areas of Israel, there are resilient Israelis planting new life with great hope and perseverance!

Join us in continuing to show God’s love to the Jewish people by supporting them and standing with them in this time!

Israel Still Needs Our Help & Prayers

Continue to Stand With the Jewish People!

As you watch this video, you will see a glimpse of the destruction that these fire kites and balloons have caused on the land of Israel. As Nicole Yoder, ICEJ AID Director, stands in the middle of the burnt fields, she also represents Christians like you who have donated to the people of Israel to help put an end to these arsenal fires!

We want to thank YOU for standing with the Jewish people in the midst of this present crisis! The ICEJ invites you to continue to pour out God’s love over the people of Israel by supporting them, standing with them, and praying for them during this crucial time.

Continue to Stand With the Jewish People!

Protecting Israelis From Hamas Rockets

Just 4 kilometers shy of the Gaza border, Sagi Dekel Chen and his family run a unique boarding school for high-school-age students with exceptional giftings. This school equips young Israelis to excel in the creative arts, even in the middle of a war zone.

Thanks to your continued support, schools like this one and many other communities in the south of Israel are able to excel and live more normal lives. Join us in protecting the people of Israel by donating today!

Two Ways to Fight Terror & Protect Israel

As you watch this video, you will hear from Shmuel Bowman, Director of Operation Lifeshield explaining two great needs of Israelis living near the Gaza border. They need more shelters to protect them from weekly rockets, and more firefighting trailers to be able to put out the fires in areas where firetrucks cannot go. Shmuel expressed his thanks to the ICEJ: “I want to say to the International Christian Embassy that you are real partners with us, every single day. When there is a crisis, and when there is not a crisis.”

Join us in continuing to partner with the Jewish people every single day here in Israel!

WFJ - The Impact of Israel's Rebirth

We are excited for this month’s WFJ issue and hope you will be, too. A key issue in our times and in the time up to our Lord’s coming is the battle for truth. Dr. Jürgen Bühler tackles this important issue head on, as he digs into the workings behind demonic deception and how to withstand the assault against biblical truth (pp. 4-6).

Israel’s rebirth seventy years ago sent shock waves through Jewish, Christian, and Muslim communities, who all chose different ways of reacting and adapting to Israel’s renewed existence. Read and learn about the separate paths each community chose (pp. 8-9).

The ICEJ is also excited to report on its new global prayer project, “The PrayerWave” (p. 10) and our new Cyrus Award, which has been given in connection with embassy openings in Jerusalem (pp. 14-15). Aliyah updates on Jews returning home to Israel and the important projects that the ICEJ oversees to comfort God’s people in the Land of Israel are also part of this issue. These projects include efforts such as scholarships for minorities and reaching out to youth at risk in Israel. We hope you enjoy this look into Israel and wish you a pleasant summer!

The ICEJ Media team here in Jerusalem has prepared a short video to get you excited to read the latest edition of the WFJ magazine!
